I've sent keen an email regarding advisors status options.  I'd like to have the option of putting my status to various modes.  The status option I'd especially like to see is "Taking a 15 break" .   This is so that customers can know that their favorite advisor is available but on a short break.  Many times, life gets in the way, and we have to leave Keen and attend to things as they present themselves.  I feel confident that Keen will look into possibilities of changing script for our various needs. :)   If you have ideas on the status options you'd like to see, please feel free to leave a comment.

Many customers do not know how Keen rates an Advisor with their point system. Below is a list of how points are affected by ratings.  I hope this can give customers insite in providing their Advisor with the right rating.

Event	Rating Result
Each missed call*:	minus 2 points
Each 15 minutes**:	plus 2 points
Each 5-star rating:	plus 2 points
Each 4-star rating:	plus 1 point
Each 3-star rating:	0 points
Each 2-star rating:	minus 1 point
Each 1-star rating:	minus 2 points
Each customer acquired***:	plus 3 points

We've entered into Mars Retrograde on Nov.15th, and Mars being a planet of War, you will notice some people including yourself, with higher tendancies of aggression/assertivness and others with displays of more passion in love and life.

                I haven't been online for the last 3 days due to communication failure.  My phone line was disrupted due to a faulty cable!  Thanks to the Mercury Retrograde and Murphy's law it was a no win situation.   Thankfully it's been taken care of and I'm crossing my fingers to any further disruptions!  Looking forward to reconnecting with you all.

Some of you have been asking if I have a schedule of sorts.  I don't like to set up schedules because 'life' gets in the way sometimes. :)   I'm usally on in the mornings (PST) and in the evenings (PST).  At any time please arrange a call with me and I'll make sure to be on for you.

I once belonged to the BC Ghosts & Hauntings Society and I often come across strange entities, most of which DO NOT want to communicate with me.  Alot of them  hide and appear afraid, especially if they have been naughty and very demonstrative.   I often get calls from clients who wish me to revisit just to calm the spirits down.  I have dealt with entities my whole life and have encounter some very aggressive ones of which I offer cleansing rituals to the home owner.  If you have a problem with such entities, I can instruct you on what you can do to rid yourself of them.
