Who Else Is Working This Labour Day?

Last week, when I was setting an appointment for today, a client incredulously asked, "you work on Labour Day?" Here in the states, this federal holiday is observed today and everything is closed, but I felt like laughing and saying, "I own my own business.

Summer Psychic Parties

It was a hot summer night in Tennessee and the party was well under way! Out on the deck ten women sat in a circle around a table. Three candles dripped wax on a mirror in the center of the table. Dinner plates were empty, but wine glasses were full.
