                               BECOMING HAPPY

 

1. starts with the training,and control of OUR THOUGHTS

2. If your stuck,remind yourself,its YOUR thoughts

that PRODUCE emotions..good /bad.

3. Remember not to BEAT YOURSELF up verbally.STOP it!!

4. By lowering the perfection bar,and doing self loving talk

inside your mind,you ENABLE the emotions to drift in happy feeling

5. Decide dream-drift-think your way into  gentle FEELING

and not using harsh self-talk when you make errors..

 

6. using the visual tools,aids,cd's keep shutting out bad ads

and keep the running positive mind.

7. You only CHOOSE to keep the flow of HAPPY EMOTIONS

by GENERATING..stop waiting for "something" to get it started.

8. Laugh more..complain less,find humour in things..anything!!

9. Everyday,after you pray,in the morning,decide,and visualize


all the WONDERFUL ways your going to get happier this day

10. Don't give in to the sad,blues,cynical,angry, emotions,,refuse to INDULGE..JUST

shut them ....off..unless your sick,and need to pay attention

YOUR IN CONTROL...shut it off.

11. When you keep positive music,words,people,wisdom

foods,places around you...you can start building a daily lifestyle

that will AMAZE you..happy =happy.....
