Being True to You
There is a lot to be said about meditation. Just like with any other spiritually enhancing enviornment, meditation is one way of bringing you to center yourself. Remembering who you are when you are centered is key as well. Not everyone has the time to meditate on a daily basis, and so it is essential to become familiar with the state of beingness you take on when in peaceful meditation.
When distractions in life become overwhelming, just take your mind back, even when you are bombarded with tasks that can't wait, take a split second and remember who YOU are. Taking yourself back, even for but a fleeting moment, can make all the difference between success and failure. Know that the meditative state of being can be accessed at any time - and you should find yourself on a productive path.
