Meditate the Sky, Surf the Clouds.

Have you ever lay on your back outdoors and just looked up at the sky and noticed how it mirrors life.

Sometimes it’s just a blank canvass for you to draw on, sometimes the clouds gently float by merging together then separating off again, some moving faster than others so they just pass by.  Some are great shape shifters and if you watch them you can see them looking first like an elephant’s head, then a man with a pipe or a dolphin leaping in the air.  Sometimes the shape is clear other times you have to squint a bit to see it properly.  Sometimes several clouds gather to make a bigger more complete picture.  Sometimes the clouds form the ripples of a river floating by and you can just lie there and get carried along with the flow.

Sometimes great storm clouds come along, they burst and pour down right over your head even when you prayed they wouldn't, other times you see them coming and prepare for them but they burst in the distance before they even get to you or just after they have passed you by.

Sometimes the colour of the sky will dictate what you do that day, other times you will ignore the sky and do your own thing.

Go on give it a try lie down outside and meditate the sky.

Blessings
