Live Each Moment Fully, Totally and Sensuously
It starts as I slowly take the wrapping off , already I am salivating. I step back and take a look at the crisp dark coating and I can only imagine the delights awaiting me inside.
I slowly bring it to my lips and bite down. First I feel the coating give way with a pop, then my teeth sink down through the perfect sponge, next they slide through the velvety smooth butter milk centre and back to the sponge.
As the hard coating starts to melt into the sponge and the buttermilk swirls around, a cacophony of textures burst in my mouth. I savour each different taste, each different texture as they play with my tongue. As they start to melt together and slide down the back of my throat I take another bite and play the Aria again and again. I’m in orgasmic heaven.
There is something to be said about living in the moment especially when that moment has chocolate cake in it..
