Intermittant Technical Problems

When I am showing as available I am available.

If you get an error message saying I am not available, please hold on I will be put through to you. Due to a technical error on Keens part, clients are having difficulty getting through to me because they are being informed I am not available when I am.

I have contacted Keen on a number of occasions about this problem, and I had thought they were fixing the problem, but it is still happening so please be patient. If you do get this message please let me know when you get through to me. Thank you
