I have an apology to make.
Not to a client, or another reader, or a friend, or a family member, but to myself, and why am I making this a public apology, because maybe just maybe someone will take something from it and apply it to themselves and benefit.
You see I have had some personal stuff happen recently, and I got caught up in all the drama of it, and forgot about the others parts of my life. I wasn’t focusing on my work, or my health, or my well-being, or my spirituality.
So I want to apologise to me for neglecting parts of me and my life that should have been equally important, if not more important and should have been given more attention. By focusing on the “drama” I simply made it bigger and that in turn took up more and more of my time.
Remember next time a “drama” comes along that it is just a part of your life, not the whole of your life and that while you will need to give it attention at times you also need to pop it back in the drawer and continue to focus on other parts of your life, by doing that you are in control of the drama, rather than it controlling you.
Blessings.
