Flight of an Eagle.
My top totem animal is Eagle. Eagle soars high in the sky and helps us get closer to God, The Divine, Great Spirit. This morning while listening to some Pan pipe music from Picnic At Hanging Rock, I had a vision of Eagle.
It was incredible, Eagle wasn’t flying but soaring and dipping, I realised he was riding the Thermals. I left my place here on earth and went up to join him.
The feel of the breeze on my face as I dipped and soared on the Thermals with Eagle was incredible, I could feel the wind on my feathers, all around was blue, it was so quiet just the swooshing of Eagle as we flew close together, it was amazing to know that I was flying high yet apart from the take off I hadn’t put any effort into staying up, my wings hadn’t even twitched. When I dipped out of a thermal my tummy gave a little lurch and just as I was about to flap my wings another thermal would come along and lift me back up.
Eagle looked into my eyes and told me that I am blessed because I know the way to Spirit, Eagle also reminded me that to be truly free we need to learn to ride the thermals in life.
