Hi everyone,

This is my first post on my blog here at Keen, I’m looking out at the windswept clouds outside our Irish farm house and thinking about my first reading...did I do OK, did they like me?  I hope so, as I really enjoyed doing it.  I’ve been reading at www.Planetstarz.com for years and doing radio shows but that was the first telephone reading I’ve ever done, except for close friends.  When Planet Starz decided to join Keen as a group I was very interesting and modern technology makes it very easy for me to sign up with  US phone number but really be chatting with folks from here magical Irish midlands.

A bit about me and our household, I’m a middle aged Scorpio lady who moved to Ireland about 12 years ago with my husband.  We live in a 200 year old rectory/farm house and have six acres of land, including a small amount of woodland and gardens.  My personal hobbies are spinning, weaving, knitting, reading and cooking.  Our main social life is in the Society for Creative Anachronism http://www.sca.org  Where on weekends I can pretend to be Sagadis the Viking Lady Trader www.vikingladytraders.com  selling hand-woven trim and cheering my husband on as he dresses up in armour and hits people with sticks.

We also have an Irish house-mate, with whom my husband has a Celtic Jewelry design business that I help with when I’m not reading on Keen or out making hand-woven trim.

One of the many delights of living this far out in the country side is being able to have many cats; we have about nine at the moment, two dogs, two horses and a newt pond.  The newt pond used to be an old swimming pool that didn’t heat anymore, while we were deciding what to do with it an endangered Newt population moved in and now we have a small medieval garden with a “Newtatoriam.”  My husband takes care of that garden, while I try to grow tomatoes, squash and other things we miss from growing up in the United States.   Most years we don’t get very much, but we enjoy what we get.  Some things, like blueberries grow very well here, and of course potatoes are a staple.

Well, that’s an introduction for you, so you can know me a bit better.  I’m looking forward to knowing more about you, so why not try me out for a reading?  I’ll try to keep this blog more updated than past ones, and let you know how things are going with the floor loom, the husband and all the little barn cats...

Bright Blessings,

Starzambercat
