Happy New Year
Are you looking for new changes to happen in the coming year? Waiting for a loved one to change and return your love? Are you hoping in the midst of difficulties? Wishing for a miracle? Dreaming of adventuring out into the unknown, but perhaps your fears are taking over?
Stop dreaming and hoping! We can sit around dreaming up new ideas, but we are still keeping ourselves in if we don't take the risk of adventuring out into the unknown. We can hope someone else changes their attitudes or direction. However, the biggest change begins with the change of self. Often we wish upon stars to find that we are hoping someone else would just get it... someone else would just change and bring our happiness. Yet we have forgotten that someone is not a mind reader, and isn't necessarily wishing for the very same things we are in that instant.
I'm hoping the new year brings you courage to take a deeper look at self. I'm praying you are lead to new adventures without waiting for someone else to go along for the ride. When you sit back thinking "I wish someone would", I'm hoping you give yourself those gifts by meeting YOUR needs instead of waiting on someone else. Your happiness is in your hands, and you have the power to make a huge difference in your own life and in the life of others. When we stop focusing on everyone around us, we begin taking a deeper look at our own path and how we are going to attain our goals. It's not up to someone else to make you happy... it's up to you to risk and think like a child again. I think of the train who heads up the moutain saying "I think I can, I think I can, I know I can, and I WILL!"
I hope in the coming new year you find that zest for life and achieve your dreams by BELIEVING IN YOU! You can have an awesome year. I know you can! You will!
My love to all of you. All of your calls are helping me take care of little Noah who has Down syndrome. I wish you all could have his love for life. This past August he had heart surgery at three years old. Nothing stops Noah, not even his coloboma (blindness in one eye). Sometimes we have to think of children to remember how we once took the dare to LIVE our lives to our full potential. We did things as children with FAITH, LOVE, and without fear. We dared to dream, and scale mountains. I hope that life offers you your own mountains to conquer, and may yours be full filled in the coming year. God Bless!
Love and light,
