Listen to your heart..
 
Your heart knows the way.  When fear is present, love is not.  Love comes from your heart. 
 
Know that when your fears rear their nasty heads, you have a block.  Those blocks are what keep you from love.  Your love.  Until you are able to reach inside and know the love of self, you have nothing to give to others.  You can only share what you have for yourself. 
 
Take a look at your relationships, they will tell you where you are in your heart..
