The only way that you will get the spiritual and physical backing from your spiritual guidance and from others is to verbalize and communicate clearly what you want to do and accomplish in your life. Once you have it out there, then it become concrete and the universe can give you the necessary backing you need to make sure that it happens. This comes from within. Don't compromise on your personal standards this week and make sure that you are creating a clear focus of where you are going. This is being loyal to yourself first...and that's what life is all about!

Creativity in your business life means taking a look at all of the possibilities. It's not just drawing a picture or "thinking outside the box." Write down all of your thoughts and feelings about how you can be the most of service this week and put them in priority order. Only with structure can you succeed in business or in life. Make sure that others who are working with you have the same picture as you do so that everyone can accomplish the same goals or objectives. Only with unity can you and your co-workers realize the great plan that you envision. Remember, if you work with a large organization, it is important to play by their rules. Don't rebel. Just see how you can be CREATIVE within that structure. That is your 50%. Then, everything will flow smoothly and everyone will be fulfilled...including you.

Being creative in your social life means allowing yourself the opportunity to focus in on how to make your relationships interesting and exciting. The basis of every good relationship is the concept of "live and let live." Ask your partner or friend what means the most to them. Find out what their life priorities are and what they want to achieve. Don't always think that it is a group effort. Everyone has personal goals that only they want to accomplish before they leave planet earth. Everyone has to feel as if they have the freedom to do what feels right to them. If you interfere with someone's right to express themselves, then you are doing them a great disservice. The key to a great relationship is to allow others who are growing around you to be who they want to be and not feel as if they are being judged. This way, there is mutual respect and admiration. Without admiration, the relationship is destined to fail. Look at the strengths of your partner or friend. Everything else will fall by the wayside.
