Dreamtime Healing
lets the individual heal themselves from their own awareness. Each
unique individual holds the power within themselves to allow their body
to heal itself. I actually practice this in my every day healings, as
well as reiki, channelled healings, and distant healings, etc.
Vitamins,
mineral supplements or herbs may be one of the best ways to create a
naturally healthy environment that allows your body to heal itself.
Search the Mother Nature site using the search form above to find a
specific vitamin, mineral supplement or herb that you may be looking
for, or read on for other methods which foster self-healing.
As
one explores the different healing patterns of the Western world, they
quickly see that most of these "cures" are symptom masking tools, which
do not get to the root of the sickness or disease in itself.
The
aborigines use simple healing methods that allow each person to become
a healer in turns. Each member of the tribe therefore learns to heal,
and can then apply this concept to their own personal healing if
necessary. Only under extreme circumstances is an elder or shaman
called in to affect a cure.
Consider this –
exercise, listening to music, laughing, and other pleasurable pursuits
are part of your body's innate ability to help heal itself.
As
energy beings, our mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, a
constant flow of thoughts, emotions, and physical processes. When the
flow is smooth, we are balanced and feel good. When all or a portion of
this natural flow is blocked, however, we are likely to experience
"dis-ease" in the form of mental, physical, or spiritual ill health.
Are
you ready to understand the crucial link between your mind, body, and
spirit? To empower yourself to move forward on your individual healing
path?

emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness. Then choose your own path
to wellness.

Aborigines
connect to this greater power through what is known as "Dreamtime." The
word refers to a meditative state they enter that may last the majority
of the day. This is the Aborigines' time for a deeper connection and
communication with "The Big Guy" (God/Spirit), the environment, nature,
themselves, and each other.
Though unusual to those accustomed
to Western life, with its incessant appointments and to-do lists,
Dreamtime enables the Aborigines to reduce thoughts to their simplest
core and to experience the emotions of their thoughts–be it hunger that
prompts them to seek new territory for food or irritation with another
family member that needs to be resolved.
It is the blockage or numbing of thoughts and emotions that keeps us from wellness and fosters illness.
Emotions
dealt with through fear or avoidance, they believe, result in illness
or "dis-ease." Known for their powerful healing methods, these
Aborigines understand how within each person lies the knowledge and
capability to heal and create wellness through balanced thoughts and
feelings. By recognizing our emotions and universal spiritual
connection, we move toward a state of wellness and, in the process, are
enriched by our encounter with life's inevitable challenges and lessons.
