Where you can help!
Come they told me, pa rum pum pum pum
A new born King to see, pa rum pum pum pum
Our finest gifts we bring, pa rum pum pum pum
To lay before the King, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum,
So to honor Him, pa rum pum pum pum,
When we come.
At this most wondrous, glorious time of the year, it is sad to say there are some families in your area that will go without. They will go without Christmas Dinner around a food-filled family table. Children will go without gifts. The sadder thought is that hope will fade; or worse...die.
Baby Jesus, pa rum pum pum pum
I am a poor boy too, pa rum pum pum pum
I have no gift to bring, pa rum pum pum pum
That's fit to give the King, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum,
Shall I play for you, pa rum pum pum pum,
On my drum?
If you haven't already given and wish to make an impact on a child's or an entire family's lives; PLEASE contact your Place of Worship; Catholic Charities; your Local Food Bank; The American Cancer Society; Viet Nam Vets; Local VFW/American Legion; Local Mental Health Center; local Childrens Hospital; Ronald McDonald House; Homeless Shelter etc., to see where you can help.
Mary nodded, pa rum pum pum pum
The ox and lamb kept time, pa rum pum pum pum
I played my drum for Him, pa rum pum pum pum
I played my best for Him, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum,
The look of a child's face on Christmas morning who has been given the ultimate gift of hope and unconditional love ...the look of a struggling family when the complete Christmas dinner has been delivered to their home; or the look of gratitude on the faces of those being served Christmas Dinner by Community Members........is priceless.... May your cup runneth over and May you be blessed knowing you helped your fellow man.......
Then He smiled at me, pa rum pum pum pum
Me and my drum.
Happy Holidays! Cheryl
