I made this over the weekend and thought I'd share it with you!

3 cups WHOLE milk

1 1/4 cups water

1 cup Rice

2 cinnamon sticks, ground before cooking

1/4 tsp salt

1 can condensed evaporated milk

1/2 cups raisins

2 tsp vanilla

 

Add all of the ingredients in a large pot and bring to just a boil.  Reduce heat to simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
