I truly am challenged when it comes to technical equipment.  If it has anything to do with internet, webpages, and anything to do with the technology, I am just plain stoopid!!! Isn't that always the first step in the healing process...to admit you have a problem?

None of the male species in my house allow me to touch anything that has any connection to equipment like the remote for the TV, cable, stereo, radio, etc.; they fear I will undo (and have undone) the extensive work they've done to get them just as they want them.  I have been known to, in nano-seconds, completely wipe out any memory whatsoever in these delicate pieces of hardware.  I have also downloaded trojan horse viruses to our computers because I opened something I shouldn't have.

I am not as awful as the phone technicians from Dell.  Dell computers has had to replace 2 of my towers because the techs have instructed me to totally erase the entire computer in one fell swoop! When I've called back to get more help and have gotten a very knowledgeable person on the phone, they've had corporate call and explain that they made a mistake and would be shipping a brand new tower to me overnight with their apologies..... but I digress.

What I was trying to do was to link my new group to my webpage.  Don't ask me what I did, but I did something that's taking me days and not hours to correct.  Once I get it up and running, you can call one of these wonderful advisors should I not be available.

Thanks for your patience and understanding while I work through the 12 steps I need to become more computer savvy.

P.S.  I will neither confirm nor deny whether or not I am the one responsible for Keen's frequent technical difficulties.

Enjoy your day!!!  Cheryl
