First, Thank you to y'all who sent your prayers, warm wishes and wonderful suggestions.  I took them all to heart and followed through.

I met with Aaron's parents and the School Principal the next morning to discuss a resolution that was satisfactory for all...mostly and importantly for the children.

To say Aaron's Father was a bit rude is an understatement, but handling him was not a problem. When he began with ..."this is a waste of my time...." I interjected that we weren't meeting for him, but for his son.

The resolution that we agreed upon was this:     Aaron was to earn the money that he took from Monica by helping to beautify the school grounds.  This would be trash pick up; planting flowers, etc.  Aaron is to help the Prinicpal in establishing an assembly program on bullying and present it to the student body.  This program is to include all of the bullies in the school and all are to make aplogies to their victims.  Aaron and the other children are to continue the program during their Elementary School Graduation.

Lastly, I did strongly recommend Aaron and his family attend family therapy because there is alot of dynamics going on within that family unit that is destroying Aaron.

It was a good meeting....and the children are the ones who will benefit...that's what its all about, right?

Later that afternoon, I went to the Recreation Center where Monica and Aaron go after school.  The Martial Arts Instructor was there talking with the kids about  the program.  Monica starts class on Saturday Morning.

Enjoy your day!   Cheryl
