If you feel like you are pushing a huge boulder up a steep hill on this Full Moon in Capricorn, blame it on retrograde Mercury, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron. Ouch!
When the Moon is full in Capricorn, the Sun is in Cancer; the sign that rules emotions, nurturing, compassion, and expressions of love. Because the Moon rules Cancer, when the Moon is in Capricorn it makes for a special energy between the Sun and Moon. This Full Moon calls upon each of us to find the appropriate way to express love and connect with others in our lives.
This is the time of tough love--time to face the realities of love lost or love denied. We shouldn't underestimate the depth of understanding that this Moon brings to the table, especially with the current retrograde planets. Look at this as an invitation to look at the suffering you create in & around love. With Venus currently in Leo, the drama king/queen makes this Full Moon good for releasing our attachment to emotional manipulation as a way to get love and attention.
With Mercury and the Sun in Cancer combined with Venus in Leo we are prone to be ultra-sensitive, teary-eyed and touchy. So take care of yourself. Plan to spend some time with people that make you feel good. This is a powerful Full Moon--don't waste it!
