TO THE CLIENTS PLEASE DONT DO THIS..

Hi all, I recently had a client who barly let me talk, she talked and talked, and I understand some people just need a freind to talk to, but please dont afterwards give a 4 star and say "I feel I did most of the talking"....Welllll....Then dont talk so much and let the Psychic have a chance to tell you what you ask or want to know...Ive had this happen before, and it isnt fair to the reader. IF you just need to talk thats fine, but dont knock off a rating because of it.

Also there are some clients that take only a minute and then are mad that they didnt get much of a reading and say so in the rating and feedback...Welllll...what do you expect in a minute? You cannot get a reading in a minute or two unless it is a yes or no answer, and I'm fast, even I cant do a full reading in a minute so dont give us a bad rating because you didnt feel you got a good reading in 1 minute...make sense? I give out 1 free minute here and there, only a min because I AM fast, but people, it is not for a whole FREE reading, it is to get us started, please at least take a few more minutes to get the reading you are looking to get.

Another one is people who dont hear what they want to hear and give the bad rating / feedback  because of it...Wellll...do you want us to lie about what we see? LOL...We tell it as we see it, please try to understand the ratings are for others to see if they want to use our services, and if you leave a bad rating for some silly reason then it hurts us. IF it is a truly bad reading and you have given time and listened and dont expect what YOU want to hear, then of course give the bad rating. Not EVERYONE on Keen is a good reader. Most are and try their best to give you the best reading they can. But there are always a few that ruin the name of Psychics, weed them out till you find the right one, and you will be happy I promise you...

And PLEASE people if the Psychic is asking to take a spell off or get your loved one back for hundreds or thousands of dollars it is a SCAM, DONT DO IT believe me it wont help and you will threw your money away..I cant tell you how many people called me to tell me they spent hundreds and even thousands to get a boyfriend back and years later nothing, he is GONE...If it is ment to be it will happen, these people are not going to get them back for you, you are just simply giving your money away to someone who is laughing all the way to the bank...Sorry thats my pet peeve...Thanks Rippi

this is a great reminder for callers. i always tell them to treat us advisors as they would like to be treated at their job. how would they feel if their boss gave them one minute to do an accurate job or they would be written up. negative feedback is equal to being written up on the job.

i do not understand when people say they did not hear what they wanted to hear. i tell them that i am a truth teller and a truth seeker not a fairy teller.

Amen to this post!  So frustrating when I can not tune in to the entire situation, atleast reasonalby.  I do need to ask questions as I have been 'fooled' a bit by some callers who, I realize in love, are very confused.  But, plese, don't take it out on me!  I can only process what I hear and, by the way, always know when something is 'off'...

I still try to help until I get to the truth and that seems to be when they get angry.  

Yes, bad rating are devastating when I have done my best with what little that have contributed.

Great post and to all callers:  We truly care - we do!  It's a two-way street however, and it hurts when you hurt us...if we deserve it as described above, fine, but when we have one or 2 minutes or just, general 'attutude' it can be difficult.  I have wonderful callers who know this.. Very savvy.  Kudos to you!
