Celestial Greetings All --

It's time again to take a look at your Stellar Scopes as Summer fills the air.  Enjoy this issue of the Bi-monthly (every two months) edition of my Celestial Sun.

DaijaView: Mercury, Fatherhood, and the Right Stuff Now

There's quite a bit going on celestially in early Summer 2008 -- a Mercury Retrograde (Communications go awry during this period... returns to direct on June 19th), Super Moons (when the Moon is closer to Earth and so more powerful),  and a Uranus Retrograde (June 26th -- watch out for a period of lethargy), to mention just a few. The Summer Solstice occurs on June 20th.   We're also headed for a Solar eclipse on Aug. 1 -- the Moon (Emotions) blocks the Sun (Personality) for a brief period signifiying, in general, an emotional period for most people.

"Forget about second-guessing the past.  Stop sweating the future.  They don't exist."

And of course, Father's Day is June 15th this year.  Where would we be without Fathers -- literally?  Good Fathers are a key part of the family unit that has been shredded in our country in recent decades.  We need more good Fathers.  Initiative, drive, leadership, patience, teaching -- these aspects of a Father bring about the right stuff in our children.  Those Fathers born under the sign of Cancer, usually make very good shepherds.  Do you have such a Father?  Celebrate his influence in your life.  Celebrate his creativity in solving problems and fixing things.

And now is a great time for a get-away to rejuvenate yourself and your mate and family.  In fact, now is the only time we really have.  Forget about second-guessing the past.  Stop sweating the future.  They don't exist.  What exists for us... the only time that exists is now.  So go enjoy it.

Happy Birthday winged friends! June is a strong month for the sign of the Twins.  Social activities are important now -- do your business networking and enjoy the parties and picnics in the warm weather.  You have the power to get things done now.  That's because your energy is at a peak during June/July.  But, you have to watch what you say and check what you think you hear.  Remember communications can go a tad bit haywire especially until Mercury goes direct on June 19th.

Between the 20th & month's end, your communications 'greenlight' is on -- so let'er rip -- no holdig back, but do mean what you say and say what you mean with sincerity.  July looks like a good time for a get-away... run off to the resort with your loved one, and just forget the rat race for a week or so.  At least manage a weekend off. around the 20th. Look for financial gains between the 15th of July and into August.

Happy Birthday Moon kids!! June is a good time for change in your life -- look for new classes, new relationships, new projects to surface.  It's also a time for looking within and dealing with emotions.  Remember -- Feal, Deal, Heal -- own your emotions and take positive action.  Don't get too caught up in memories -- remember, that all we have is NOW, and staying focused in either the past, or future can cause you to miss the enjoyment of the present moment at barbeques, and summer parties. 

That's right... head off to those parties, mingle and enjoy the fun.  Take it easy in the first half of July, and enjoy the Summer with friends & family.  The second half of July is a time to refocus on domestic duties, important family obligations and career opportunites -- after you've enjoyed some much needed "R and R" & lots of fun in the sun!

Balancing friendships, group activities, and social engagements are your juggling act for June, Leos.  Guard against misunderstandings by double-checking your communication and negotations through the end of the Mercury Retrograde (June 19th).  Mars is a bit agitated in your sign during this time, so watch for initiatives that are not what you want. 

Someone may wish to assign a project to you at work that is not for you.  In the social realm, someone may be wishing to use you for somthing that doesn't feel just right.  Go with your gut hunch on these things.  The signs look good for prosperity at the end of June and in early July.  Make your financial moves before mid-month, and watch your bank account grow.

Virgo Aug 22 -- Sept 22

Tending to your career is in order now, and you can see your professional goals coming into clear focus as you move forward.  Don't forget to pay attention to your romantic partner in the midst of all of your friend & familial obligations.  When you look toward ways to advance in career, and social circles, try to get an idea of how others see you (often very different than you see yourself).

This will help you as opportunities for growth present themselves during this period.  Financially, July looks good for you.  This is a period after Mercury goes direct, so negotiations & relocation is definitey on the forefront. Remember to watch the details, and you'll also notice your rising bank balance, too -- with such a sizable increase; shopping spree anyone?

Libra Sept 22 -- Oct 23

This is a time when your natural balance allows you to work on both material projects, and your spiritual goals.  You're off on an adventure or too, and able to reflect on your traveling and put it all in perspective.  Early June can bring some pleasureable romance, since the Moon merges energy with your Ruler -- Venus. 

After the 19th of June, you will be able to forge ahead on your financial and business negotiations.  Early in July, competition in the workplace carries you forward to an opportunity at the end of the month.  Focus on doing your job well, and the task at hand.  And keep enough energy available to work (and play) in your relationships.

Scorpio Oct 23 -- Nov 22

The work you have been doing will pay off for you as you are recognized for a job well done, accolades, attention and even new career opportunities flourish. Your charm, grace and style win bosses and chief company officials over - they trust you, and what you bring to the company or organization. Weigh everything carefully before you give your answer and be sure to delay your answer until after June 20th. Talk about 'the heart of important matters toward the last week of both June and early July.

Watch your reaction when something bigger than you can imagine is offered to you.  This could be a new job focus, a travel opportunity, even a marriage proposal.  You may at first have some doubts, but rely on your experience and past success to tell yourself you can and will succeed.  July looks good, you are satisfied with decisions and where you are, especially in the career realm -- keep an eye open for cash flow to increase, super times for investments end of July, prepare to capitalize on them.

Sagittarius Nov 22 -- Dec 21

Your creativity comes out this month Sagittarians.  The mid-month Full Moon (June 18th) is particularly powerful for you since it happens in your sign this month.  Use that energy on projects, and also to get in touch with important emotions.  You might even like to take up a creative pursuit like painting, pottery, or wood-working.  Community Colleges have some great summer courses for that.

This is a good time to work out details and goals with important people in your life.  Woo Hoo... you can plan a great romantic get-away, and it works out well for you.  Head for the beach, a bed and breakfast, or even a tropical resort.  And July looks like a relaxing time for you -- perfect for a trip to the beach, or that vacation you've been planning.

Taking care of business is a good theme for you during June and July.  And that means relationship business in addition to what you do in your career.  Get-aways, celebrations, and communication will help with your romantic life.  Make careful financial decisions... while that's always the right way to go, you want to particularly watch negotiations of major purchases (as in buying a used car or anything used or new for that matter) through mid June. 

In July, enjoy some stress relief activities in exercise, swimming and perhaps a yoga or Tai Chi class.  Make sure you give careful attention to your relationships -- seeking to understand the other's point of view will be very good for you at this time.


Aquarius Jan 19 -- Feb 18

Go to the beach, go to the movies, enjoy life and "smell the roses" during early Summer.  This recreation is in order for the renewal of our soul and will do you well in your career and personal life.  You will find in June and July that you are much more prone to enjoy the simple things in life -- the stars in the night sky, a stroll through a well designed garden -- and that is good. 

You can release your skeptical nature, and just enjoy your surroundings... it's good for the soul.  In July, past alliances can pay off at work and socially.  Pay careful attention to your mate, and make sure you reiterate your feelings as well as bring to the surface the reak issues and deal with them effectively. You will thank yourself for being proactive.

Pisces Feb 18 -- Mar 20

Work life is a theme for you during June, fish people.  Like all pursuits, there are ups and downs, and you may find that doing some of the more unpleasant things you need to do will lead to rewards during this time.  You have the experience to tackle almost anything that comes along.  Don't lock your feelings away... let them surface, gently, and learn from them.  Do what you you need to feel, heal, and deal.  Then you can move on. 

July looks very good for you -- enjoy some hot romantic interludes, and watch for opportunities at work, to express yourself. Partnership issues could become a major concern mid to late July, when what you thought was over and done with, resurfaces. Prepare to talk things out.

Hot romance is very probable in June... enjoy it.  Also, get-aways are good during this time with recreation part of the plans.  In addition, you're full of creative ideas, so take advantage of them.  Focus on communications.  June is a good month for it, and we live in a time when you can take advantage of multiple ways to send messages.

Get your system in order online, on your cellphone, on your PDA, and maybe even send out some good old hand-written postcards.  You will be rewarded by the response.  In July pay careful attention to both Career and Homelife -- a juggling act.  It's easy to get sidetracked in the Summer, but this month is a good time to put ego aside and just serve your colleagues and family members.

Taurus Apr 19 -- May 20

Increased energy.  Early June good for relationships.  Shopping & large purchases in late June. Home projects are good to do between the 1st & 21st.  Wait until late June or July before making important financial decisions.  June is fairly stable -- a good time to work on your romance.  And romantic it is... you'll   find some hot nites & romantic chit-chat in the summer heat with your partner. 

The first half of July is a good time to get ahead at work, professionally, you make goals, and get loads of favorable attention. Family matters need your attention toward month's end. Go ahead and take the initiative -- you know it will pay off.  Then, take a break and Summer get-away in the last part of July.  What a great time for a vacation.

Enjoy your summer fun and recreation and remember to focus in the Now -- that's the only moment you really have.
