Have you ever had a boyfriend or girlfriend tell you they don't want you to give them a card expressing your emotions? 

Some people actually want you to avoid giving them tokens of affections (cards, gifts, favors... or even expressing words of affirmation. . .)  Why? 

More often than not it is because they are afraid that in doing so, you will touch their heart... and cause them to be somehow WEAK of heart.  Vulnerable.  People fear it. 

But it is through this deep inner sensitivity that people are enabled to dig down deep and forgive themselves or others... down through the pain to the healing place.  This can help them create love not through cognitive, psychological, or even emotional motivation... but from that which is Divinely inspired.~
